THURSFORD VILLAGE "BRING AND BORROW" LIBRARY

Location: lnside the village Red Telephone Box on The Green.
Description: Adjacent to the village defibrillator is  a collection of second-hand books covering a wide range of topics, donated by local people. Anyone from the village is invited to take a book/s on free loan. Please return the books when you have finished reading it/them.

NO CHARGE FOR BORROWING A BOOK. NO TIME LIMIT.

The Volunteers who run the service, welcome you to deposit a few books from your personal collection if there is room on the shelves. We also accept jigsaws

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE BOOKS OR JIGSAWS ON THE TELEPHONE BOX FLOOR, WHICH GETS DAMP.

A good number of people now visit the collection, so books and jigsaws are constantly refreshed and are subsequently borrowed.

N.B.

lf you have books you would like to donate to the Mobile Library that stops outside the chapel, please talk to the driver. Visiting days, designated stops and times are published in the Village Tablet. Books must be clean and of good quality.
